Behind Wickedly Judged: Our Story, Johnny’s Fight, and Why We Won’t Stop

Every movement has a story. Ours began with heartbreak, hope, and a determination to fight for what’s right—even when the odds are stacked against us.

I’m Rebecca, founder of Wickedly Judged, and today I want to share a little more about why this mission matters so much to me, to Johnny, and to every person who believes in justice reform.

The Story That Started It All

Wickedly Judged isn’t just a podcast or a brand—it’s a personal journey. The spark for this movement was the wrongful conviction of Johnny, someone I love dearly. Seeing firsthand how the justice system can fail, and how easy it is for a life to be turned upside down by a single mistake, pushed me to take action.

This isn’t just about telling stories. It’s about fighting for real change, shining a light on the flaws in our justice system, and refusing to let wrongful convictions go unnoticed.

What Makes Wickedly Judged Different

There are plenty of true crime podcasts out there. But Wickedly Judged is more than just another voice in the crowd. We combine investigative research, advocacy, and storytelling to expose wrongful convictions and push for reform where it’s needed most.

Every episode is built on real cases, real research, and a real desire to make a difference. We’re not afraid to dig deep, ask hard questions, and challenge the status quo.

Johnny’s Case: The Heart of Our Mission

Johnny’s story is at the center of everything we do. His wrongful conviction is a powerful reminder of why our work matters. In every episode, every blog post, and every piece of merchandise, we’re fighting not just for Johnny—but for every person who’s been let down by the system.
